• Product Descriptions & Colors: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our rugs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings and the natural variations in hand-woven materials.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs: Orders for custom sizes, personalized patterns, or made-to-order designs are final once production begins. Variations in dimensions (up to ±2-3%) are inherent to handcrafted textile manufacturing.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Taxes

• Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

• Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by emailing thesilkloom@gmail.com.

• Custom items, personalized designs, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

• Unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
